Burnley Secures Rising Star Loum Tchaouna from Lazio in a £13m Deal
Burnley has signed France U21 winger Loum Tchaouna from Lazio in a £13m deal, marking their fourth summer signing.

Burnley has made a significant addition to their squad by securing Loum Tchaouna, the promising France Under-21 winger, from Lazio. The 21-year-old, who showcased his talent at this summer's European Under-21 Championship, has signed a five-year deal with the Clarets for a reported fee of £13m.
Tchaouna is the fourth signing for Burnley this summer, following the acquisitions of defender Axel Tuanzebe, left-back Quilindschy Hartman, and goalkeeper Max Weiss. These signings come as Burnley prepares for their return to the Premier League under the management of Scott Parker.
"I had a great conversation with the manager during the Euros, and it made me realize that I wanted to be here," Tchaouna shared. The young winger made his senior debut at the age of 17 for Rennes in September 2021 and has since had stints at Dijon, Salernitana, and Lazio.
Burnley will kick off their Premier League campaign on Saturday, 16 August, with an away match against Tottenham at 15:00 BST. This signing underscores Burnley's commitment to strengthening their squad as they aim to make a strong impression in the top flight.
