Dunlop's victory in the four-lap race was nothing short of spectacular. He finished 26.1 seconds ahead of Dean Harrison, with Davey Todd securing third place, 15.8 seconds behind Harrison. This win extends Dunlop's record in the Supersport category to 15 victories, including the past eight consecutive wins from 2022 to 2025.

This victory also marked a significant milestone for Ducati, as Dunlop gave the Italian marque their first TT win in 30 years on Monday's opening Supersport race. Wednesday's race faced several delays due to weather issues, a road traffic accident, and a non-racing related medical emergency. However, once the race commenced, Dunlop quickly took control, leading from the start despite the windy conditions. His fastest lap of the race was 129.297mph, slightly slower than his 130.313mph in race one due to the challenging weather.
