After his first-round win at the World Championship over Wu Yize, the Welshman said he's seeing multiple balls at once and that contacts are uncomfortable. He's booked for a lens replacement on 12 June and hopes it will prolong his career for several more years. Williams, ranked sixth in the world, won the Champion of Champions title in November and reached the final of the Saudi Arabia Masters. Despite facing a tough challenge from Wu, he eventually won 10-8 and is looking forward to his next match.
